We’re supporting a major engineering group as they continue to expand across traditional energy, hydrogen, and CCS projects. With significant investment across the business and a brand-new office, they’re now looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to help lead the growth of their new-energy portfolio.
This is a long-term opportunity with a strong pipeline of major projects already secured.
💼 The Role
You’ll lead multi-discipline engineering teams through FEED, execution, and delivery, coordinating both office and site activity. The role also includes a strong proposals and strategy element — shaping bid approaches, coordinating inputs, and ensuring high-quality submissions.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead FEED and full project delivery for complex energy projects
- Manage multi-discipline engineering teams across office & site
- Drive project performance across safety, quality, schedule & cost
- Influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decisions
- Oversee proposals, planning, risk, project controls & commercial inputs
- Build strong client relationships across traditional and new-energy markets
- The ideal candidate must have exp in managing projects from FEED - EPC value over £1 billion
