Associate Director – Property Management (Manchester)
We’re seeking an experienced property management professional to lead a portfolio of assets across the North of England. This role offers the opportunity to manage multi-disciplinary teams and deliver exceptional service for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee asset performance and ensure properties are safe, secure, and well-maintained
- Lead finance, facilities, surveying, and specialist service teams
- Drive sustainability and ESG initiatives
- Deliver a modern, customer-focused experience
- Maintain strong financial results and value for clients
What We’re Looking For
- MRICS qualified with at least 4 years PQE
- Experience managing large multi-let office assets
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills
- Commercially minded with business development capability
- Ambitious, proactive, and collaborative
- Based in Manchester office 3+ days per week
