Role Description
This is a full-time/Part-time, Remote AI/ML Engineer role and can be based globally. The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing machine learning models, algorithms, and neural network architectures to enhance conversational intelligence. The role involves identifying patterns in large datasets, analyzing data for insights, and contributing to algorithmic innovation. Additional tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams and staying up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies to drive product improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
- Solid foundation in Computer Science and proficiency in Statistics
- Advanced knowledge of Algorithms and machine learning model development
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience in customer conversation analytics or related fields is a plus
