What you will do
We have a vacancy for a Commercial & Operations Analyst – which would be based from home but with occasional travel into our Hemel Hempstead office. The Commercial & Operations Analyst is responsible for several critical functions of the commercial team, including the weekly network performance reporting (involving spreadsheets and PowerBI dashboards), running operational reports on customer feedback and charger faults.
The role requires a proactive and independent candidate, able to create bespoke analyses and be capable of maintaining and developing existing large MS Excel models and spreadsheets.
Profile
What we are looking for
Proven experience in an Analyst role – able to create bespoke analysis including businesses cases, commercial models and forecastsDemonstrate Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with previous spreadsheet forecasting experiencePowerBI experience essentialHighly organised and able to create and manage time critical processes and tasksBuilds collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholdersKnowledge of the EV market desirable but not essential
