- Regulatory Reporting: Prepare, submit, and manage compliance documentation across regions. Collaborate closely with sourcing, packaging, and operations teams to conduct investigations, data analysis, and corrective actions. Engage third-party consultants as needed for validation and legal reviews.

- Customer Requests: Respond to compliance-related inquiries and surveys from customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Product Sustainability: Drive HPC’s product sustainability strategy, including short-, medium-, and long-term goals. Work closely with NPD, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to embed sustainability within the product roadmap.
- Data Management Systems: Develop and manage environmental, safety, social, and governance information systems and related databases.
- Compliance Processes: Research, prepare, and enhance processes to support regulatory changes and customer-driven compliance initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the business.
