Park Manager to join our team at
Aberconwy Resort & Spa in
Conwy. Great competitive salary!
This is a
permanent position to work
full time hours. This will be 40 hours across 5 days which will include a Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About The Role
Main responsibilities:
The Successful Park Manager Will
- Ensure that all customer queries and complaints relating to subletting are handled promptly, courteously, and in line with company policy.
- Assist guests with any queries or requests during their stay.
- Coordinate and control special requests and ensure guests have everything needed for a smooth visit.
- Issue accommodation keys and welcome information upon arrival.
- Provide guests with details about events, activities, and facilities available within the resort.
- Assist with holiday and restaurant bookings, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage accurate cash handling procedures in line with company standards.
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and efficient service at all times, maintaining the resort’s excellent reputation for customer care.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- A driving licence and access to transport is advantageous for travel to and from the resort.

- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
Desired Criteria
- A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
