UK Marketing Manager – EV Charging

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing EV charging business looking to appoint a UK Marketing Manager to build and execute its marketing strategy from the ground up.
This is a high-impact, autonomous role where you will take ownership of B2B marketing, working closely with commercial, delivery, and leadership teams to drive brand visibility, demand generation, and charger utilisation across the UK.
You will play a key role in shaping how the business goes to market, combining digital marketing, social media, content, and commercial enablement in a fast-moving EV environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the UK marketing function, defining and delivering the marketing strategy across B2B audiences
- Plan and execute digital marketing and social media activity, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, content-led campaigns, and brand storytelling
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, inbound interest, and charger utilisation
- Create high-quality B2B marketing content, including sales collateral, case studies, presentations, pitch decks, and website content
- Support bid and tender processes by applying marketing expertise to produce compelling, commercially aligned submissions and supporting materials
- Work closely with the sales and commercial teams to support pipeline growth and partner engagement
- Use data, insights, and performance metrics to continuously optimise marketing activity and improve ROI
- Build and manage external partnerships, agencies, and suppliers as required
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing aligns with wider business objectives
What We’re Looking For
- B2B Marketing Experience: Proven experience delivering B2B marketing in a commercial, growth-focused environment
- Digital & Social Media Capability: Hands-on experience running digital and social media campaigns, ideally LinkedIn-led, with strong content instincts
- Build-from-Scratch Mindset: Comfortable creating structure, strategy, and execution in a standalone or early-stage marketing function
- Commercially Minded: Able to support sales teams, bids, and partnerships with practical, conversion-focused marketing
- Autonomous & Proactive: Happy working independently with high levels of ownership and accountability
- Data-Driven: Confident using insights and performance data to refine and improve marketing outcomes
- Sector Exposure: Experience in EV, energy, infrastructure, technology, telecoms, or adjacent B2B sectors is highly desirable
