What you'll need:
We're looking for Data & Insight Analysts to join our team on a full time permanent basis. In this role, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home with occasional meetings in our Leeds or Manchester office.
You are a team player with understanding of data science techniques complemented with the soft skills to present results of the projects. You have experience of using a variety of software packages for data analysis and a working knowledge of data manipulation tools such as SQL and Python, with knowledge of Power BI, R & Excel an advantage.
What you'll do:
Reporting to the Data & Insight Manager, you will contribute by taking ownership of provisioning and governance of all relevant data requirements to facilitate outstanding planning across the team. This will include the utilisation of data and technologies to develop relevant insight to better advise the plan and the creation and development of new models/processes.
Other responsibilities:
- Build performance scorecards that allows efficient monitoring of call centre consultants
- Complete analysis, identifying trends, patterns and revenue and cost savings opportunities and present back clear commercially focused results
- Build relationship management with all partners to support sourcing data, explaining insight and setting clear expectations of when requests will be completed following prioritisation
- Work with relevant team members to integrate data sources to improve analytics output; explore new business opportunities and capabilities
- Provide insight to ad-hoc requests, and develop solutions which track appropriate pieces of insight on an ongoing basis once analysed
