About The Role
This full‑time role (40 hours per week, 8am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday) involves maintaining Codi’s homes and estates. You’ll complete a range of tasks such as fly tipping removal, knotweed spraying and playground inspections to a very high standard, working under the line management of the Estates & Environment Lead. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team, identifying hazards, and ensuring sites remain safe and well‑maintained.
You will be responsible for a Codi vehicle, ensuring it is roadworthy, clean and correctly driven, and that all tools, equipment and materials are safely stored.
A full, current UK driving licence is essential, along with strong attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety in every task.
Skills And Experience Needed
You’ll have a minimum of two years’ experience in the housing maintenance sector or a closely related field, giving you the practical knowledge to work confidently across a variety of tasks. A strong understanding of health and safety at work is essential, including conducting risk assessments, using equipment safely and correctly, and maintaining proper PPE standards. You should hold a City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent qualification in a maintenance trade or horticulture, or be able to demonstrate substantial hands‑on experience that reflects the same level of competence. As the role requires travel between sites, a full, clean UK driving licence is mandatory.

- £26,917.00 per annum
