The Role
Weβre looking for a Customer Experience Specialist β Acquisition & Retention to design seamless journeys and drive engagement across Brotherβs digital platforms. Your work will directly influence how millions of customers interact with Brother online.
What Youβll Do
β
Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across digital platforms, identifying friction points and implementing improvements.
β
Deliver acquisition and retention campaigns, including sign up flows, landing pages and lifecycle initiatives.
β
Conduct UAT and regression testing, monitor KPIs, and identify improvements.
β
Manage app and touchpoint engagement strategies, including App Store optimisation and feature integration with core acquisition and retention channels
β
Create and schedule customer messaging (push, in app, email) aligned with CX principles.
β
Configure and manage promotions and offers with accurate tracking.
β
Coordinate CMS content publishing for campaigns and rollouts.
β
Analyse performance data, run A/B tests, and report actionable insights.
What Weβre Looking For
β Customer Journey Expertise β Skilled in mapping and improving end-to-end experiences using CX tools and insights.
βApp & Web Touchpoint Knowledge β Familiar with app store optimisation, landing page design and app-web linking for journeys.
β UX Awareness β Understanding of UX principles and ability to collaborate with UX governance functions.
βAcquisition & Retention Strategy β Experience in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns to attract and retain customers.
β Digital Platform Management β Proficiency with CMS, Sitecore, app stores and marketing automation tools.
β Analytical & Reporting Skills β Ability to interpret campaign and engagement data and visualise insights clearly.
β Testing Q & A β Familiarity with campaign QA, UAT, regression testing and iterative improvement.
β Strong Communication Skills β excellent written and verbal skills for content creation and stakeholder engagement.
β Collaboration β Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external agencies across regions.
β Time Management Skills β Ability to manage concurrent campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
