Mosaic Town Planning is an independent planning consultancy, involved in projects nationwide out of our central Manchester office. Our clients are primarily developers of affordable, market and retirement housing, together with providers of industrial and commercial buildings.
After a successful 2025 and with an exciting pipeline of projects, we're now seeking a Senior Planner or Associate to support our continued growth in 2026.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience, including dealing with residential development, and must be a chartered town planner or working towards RTPI membership. We're looking for a proactive team member, with an appetite to play an active role in the growth of a small business.
