Within the Sustainability team, a role has been created for a Data, BI & Reporting Manager.
The Bank is building a platform for delivering its ambitious Sustainability Strategy. One key area is developing our data capabilities, spanning climate and sustainability impacts from our own operations and those customer activities we finance or invest in. It is vital we improve the availability and reliability of these various data, in an efficient and joined-up manner. There is a growing range of use cases for this data, from customer engagement and business development to risk management and regulatory disclosures.
The successful candidate will lead a programme of work to identify requirements for various sustainability-related data, BI/MI and external reporting, and to develop robust strategies and structures to meet these requirements. Throughout this establishment phase, they will coordinate input and support across a variety of functions including Risk, Finance, Credit, Facilities, Procurement, HR, HWAM, and Products & Customer Experience.
