Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Machine Learning Intern to support the development of predictive models and intelligent analytics solutions within the HR technology domain. You will collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams on real-world ML initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and semi-structured datasets
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA)
- Develop and evaluate machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering)
- Support projects such as candidate success prediction, attrition forecasting, and workforce planning
- Conduct feature engineering and model performance evaluation
- Document experiments and assist with model deployment
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and statistics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Exposure to NLP or time-series analysis
- Experience with BI tools or HR datasets
