Control, monitor and supervise OXAGON Port’s IT and OT operation and communication devices, responsible for daily IT and OT operation tools support, includes monitor activities and connectivity issues. Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of IT and OT operation and communication devices. Configure/add new services as necessary. Work as part of an IT team to implement effective and practical solutions in conjunction with NEOM IT and OXAGON IT

- Provide primary support for IT and OT operations devices, coordinate, and escalate required support with Port IT infrastructure, NEOM IT Share Services, OXAGON IT department or suppliers.
- Operate, maintain, and configure IT and OT operations and communication equipment, like Vehicle Mounted Tablets, Rugged Laptops, Handhelds, Push to Talk radios and stations, Critical communication devices as Tetra radios, Tetra vehicles radios and Tetra stations.
- Provide primary support for Gate Operating Systems devices, as Gate kiosk, Gate printers, Gate OCR devices and cameras as well as License Plate Recognition cameras.
- Responsible for IT and OT operations devices coordination and escalation support with Port IT infrastructure, NEOM IT Share Services, OXAGON IT department or suppliers.
- Assist in IT and OT devices implementation, distribution, and inventory, ensuring performance, availability, and security of devices.
- First point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance regarding IT and OT Port devices.
- Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions, walk the customer through the problem-solving process and direct unresolved issues to the next level of support.
- Maintain the inventory of Port devices including standard laptops, desktops, printers, conferences devices, Plotters, VMTs, HHS, PTT, etc.
- Support and coordinate the maintenance and operation of external communications antennas in conjunction with IT Port communication experts, NEOM IT Share Service and OXAGON IT teams and suppliers.
- Provide primary support for RFID and PDS operations devices, coordinate and escalate required support with Port IT infrastructure or suppliers.
- Work with the Infrastructure Team on establishing principles, practices, implementations, documentation, and maintenance procedures in line with NEOM policies.
- Plan, coordinate and execute the interventions necessary for the optimal functioning of the IT and OT Port devices.
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience as IT Engineering support, IT infrastructure operations, IT service management and/or IT business operations experience.
- 4+ years’ experience providing technical assistance with computer systems, hardware, and software.
- 4+ years’ experience in computer systems configuration, set up, and maintenance.
- 2+ years’ experience in container and/or general cargo terminals and shipping industry is a plus
- Knowledge of communication radios, position detection system and Port Vehicle Mounted Tablets. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic Engineer, Telecommunication, Computer Science, information technology or related field
- A+ CompTIA Certified desired.
- ITIL Certification is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Project, Visio, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint.
