Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graduate Marketing Executive based in Cardiff. You’ll support the marketing function across the business, helping to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and communicate InspireGreen’s expertise through compelling content and campaigns.
You’ll be involved in a broad range of marketing activity, including market research, campaign planning, content creation, social media and website optimisation, as well as supporting bid writing and sales enablement. The role suits someone who’s commercially minded, organised, and confident creating modern marketing content, including short-form social video.
Salary: £24,000–£28,000 per year (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing planning & delivery: Support the development and implementation of marketing plans aligned to commercial targets.
- Market research: Track competitor activity, sector trends, and customer needs to inform messaging and campaigns.
- Content creation: Write and coordinate content across the website, proposals, brochures, case studies, email campaigns and sales collateral.
- Bid writing support: Assist with tender and bid responses, gathering information from internal teams, formatting submissions, and helping tailor answers to client requirements.
- SEO: Help improve organic performance through keyword research, on-page optimisation, blog planning, internal linking and basic reporting (e.g., Google Search Console/Analytics).
- Social media & social video: Plan and create engaging content for LinkedIn/Instagram/TikTok-style formats, including short-form video, site highlights, behind-the-scenes installs, team content and client case studies.
- Campaign coordination: Help coordinate events, partnerships, press releases, and community engagement activity.
- Sales enablement: Support sales with materials that improve conversion, including presentations, one-pagers, and project write-ups.
- Stakeholder communication: Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to keep content accurate, on-brand and delivered on time.
Qualifications
- Skills in Market Planning and Market Research to analyse trends and build effective strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Interest or experience in Sales and Marketing, supporting lead generation and customer engagement.
- Comfortable working collaboratively and taking initiative to solve problems creatively.
- A background or strong interest in renewable energy / sustainability is a plus.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Bonus (not essential): experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut/Premiere, CMS platforms (WordPress/Statamic), and basic SEO tools.
