Oliver Bernard have partnered with a leading real estate brokerage operating across EMEA — a business where data directly drives underwriting, portfolio strategy and capital allocation decisions.
They’re now hiring a Junior Data Engineer to help scale the data platform that underpins major real estate investment decisions.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and optimising AWS-based data pipelines
- Building and maintaining ETL processes using SQL & Python
- Automating and integrating complex data feeds via APIs
- Developing Tableau dashboards to surface investment and performance insights
- Partnering with brokerage, deal and finance teams to turn business needs into data solutions
🎯 What They’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in Data Engineering (or similar)
- Strong SQL & Python skills
- Exposure to AWS and/or Snowflake
- Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders
