We’re looking for a visionary, hands-on AI leader ready to shape the adoption of advanced AI across some of the most complex financial institutions in the world.
You will join a high-growth, highly respected AI consultancy renowned for building production-grade, responsible AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. The projects are live, commercially critical, and influence strategic decision-making at board level.
As the senior technical authority for our financial services clients, you will set the technical direction for AI initiatives across banking, insurance, and asset management. This role merges deep engineering expertise with executive-level influence: one moment you’ll be advising a CFO on AI deployment risks, the next you’ll be mentoring senior data scientists on model design, MLOps frameworks, and production pipelines.
This is a role for someone who thrives on tangible impact. You will be accountable for translating machine learning into real business outcomes, operating within regulated environments that demand robust governance, compliance, and engineering excellence.
We’re seeking someone who brings:
- Proven experience delivering AI/ML systems from prototype to production
- Hands-on expertise with MLOps and scalable deployment strategies
- In-depth knowledge of AI architectures, data ecosystems, and system integration
- Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, or asset management)
- The ability to lead and influence technical strategy with executive stakeholders
- A track record of mentoring and growing high-performing AI teams
- Comfort with a challenging environment where autonomy, accountability, and technical leadership are essential
