This role would suit someone wishing to learn more about solar who comes from an IT/Support based background
Are you good at fault-finding / remote diagnosis?
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our organisation, answering helpdesk tickets to diagnose and resolve customer queries.
This may be anything from making remote settings changes on an inverter, liaising with the manufacturers support desk to scheduling an engineer visit of our own.
Whilst a technical understanding of Solar PV is extremely beneficial, any previous experience on hardware from the following manufacturers is an advantage:

· SoFar
· Solax
· GivEnergy
· Lux Power
· Marlec
· MyEnergi

Full-time, Permanent.
Salary
Salary will range from £23,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, however we do expect candidates to be flexible if required
