ECO3 Partnership are looking to recruit a Business Analyst to provide administrative and data analysis support to our energy and carbon management consultancy and engineering teams and ensure excellent levels of service for customers. Helping our clients on their journey to net zero, you will provide awesome data analytics support for our team and work with our clients across an exciting range of diverse sectors, including agriculture, aquaculture, retail, electric vehicles, schools, industrial clients, property, education, business services, leisure, pharmaceutical, charities, manufacturing, renewables, water and energy companies.

What will I be doing day-to-day? Various administrative and data analysis support and quality control checking for dedicated members of the ECO3 team.
In particular:- Liaising with the suppliers and blue-chip clients Entering new green energy contracts on to our online procurement system. Updating our energy and carbon management portal. Dealing with ad hoc queries from customers and or the sales team and providing information as required and resolving any issues that may appear. Communicating professionally with sales staff and all external parties. Uploading clients’ portfolios onto our database. Working in conjunction with the department manager, assisting clients with measuring, monitoring, and controlling their agreed baselines and target milestones on their journey to net zero objectives. Providing support to other members of the department where required. Working closely with our sustainability consultants and engineers. Data analytics and aggregation of client and supply chain information (energy, transportation, waste, water, environmental metrics). What attributes and skills will I need? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A good understanding of excellent customer service. Good time management abilities. Excellent knowledge of Excel. Desire to learn new data analytics techniques (Power Bi, Python) Sound knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Attention to detail and a great eye for quality control.
