As a Solar PV Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and optimization of solar photovoltaic systems for residential and commercial clients.
Solar Engineer Position Overview
The ideal Solar PV Installer will ideally have experience in the installation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems for residential and commercial clients.
- Install solar photovoltaic systems on rooftops and ground-mounted locations.
- Perform system maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct site assessments to determine suitable system placements and evaluate shading issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards throughout installation and maintenance processes.
Solar Engineer Position Requirements
- Proven experience in solar PV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, wiring, and components.
- Knowledge of relevant safety protocols and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work comfortably at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Full UK driving licence
