PV Solar Project Manager Location: Near Falkirk Salary: Dependent on Experience Are you looking for a new challenge in the renewable energy sector? Do you have experience in managing photovoltaic (PV) projects from inception to completion? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are a leading recruitment consultancy specialising in the renewable energy sector. We are working with a reputable client who is seeking a PV Project Manager to join their team near Falkirk. The salary is dependent on experience and the role is full-time and permanent. As a PV Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading and managing PV projects throughout their lifecycle, from feasibility to commissioning and operation Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers, regulators and authorities Ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards Managing the environmental, technical and commercial aspects of the projects, including risk assessment, design, procurement, construction, testing and handover Preparing and reviewing project documentation, such as contracts, reports, plans, specifications and drawings Providing technical guidance and support to the project team and resolving any issues that may arise To be considered for this role, you will need: A degree in engineering, environmental science or a related discipline Previous experience in managing PV projects or similar renewable energy projects An understanding of how the environmental, technical and commercial aspects of projects interact Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills A proactive, flexible and problem-solving approach A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel Individuals with EIA consultancy or co-ordination experience are also invited to apply.
