Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and distributors
- Manage key client relationships and work to build new ones
- Expand the profile and reach of the company
- Lead sales, marketing, customer-service, and client relationship management
- Track emerging markets and trends
- Identify and recommend new services
- Research and identifies new markets
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's / MBA degree preferred)
- Experience in the green energy sector selling hydrogen energy solutions
- Thorough understanding of the UK electricity grid, power generation and distribution infrastructure
- Experience of growing and scaling the sales function in a small SME
- Proven track record of sales leadership in a rapidly growing organisation
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and make decisions in a dynamic environment
