Role Purpose
Coordinate all productions coming into NEOM ain line with production managers and line producer in all areas of productions support in line with the business strategy of the Media Sector.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
Planning, Budget and Strategy
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Create call sheets if required and distribute shooting schedules, crew and cast lists, scripts and script revisions
- Run the production office, organise equipment, supplies and staff.
- Assist with travel bookings – accommodation / visa / transport for incoming crew, cast and colleagues
- Coordinate any productions that comes to NEOM and coordinate on ground logistics and requirements.
- Track all production management support documentation to support the media sector.
- Ensure that third party supplies are able to invoice and coordinate any of their invoice processes through the relevant NEOM processing teams (procurement / finance)
- Coordinate any purchase requests on the SAP system when engaging with third party suppliers
- Liaise with all departments to ensure that incoming productions have a positive experience in NEOM
- Coordinate with the transport captain on requiremenst during production and organise couriers and shipping companies as required
- As the shoot draws to an end, help the production manager to ‘wrap’ the production, close accounts with suppliers, return surplus stock and close outstanding administration tasks
People Management
- Streamline production coordination duties for the NEOM screen office in line with Production Manager and Line Producer
- Ensure that all crew have what they need to get their jobs done and help coordinate any missing peices as required
Background, Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 2+ years experience in an experience in a Film Production Coordinator role
- Track record of successful end-to-end delivery of Film and TV/Commercial projects and programmes
- Experience of working in the Middle East
- Speaking Arabic preferred
