The Head of Contracts is a vital role within Sindalah's Property Management Team, ensuring the meticulous management and oversight of contracts related to property and facilities management. This role aligns contract management processes with Sindalah's ultra-luxury standards and the broader visions of NEOM.Key Accountabilities & Activities
KEY RESULT AREAS (KRA’s)
- Lead the development, negotiation, and management of contracts with vendors, tenants, and other stakeholders in line with Sindalah's ultra-luxury standards.
- Establish and maintain a robust contract management framework that ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on contract matters to project teams, operational departments, and stakeholders.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations, ensuring contract management initiatives meet and exceed these expectations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and excellence within the contract management domain.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards in contract management practices.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in contract management within a luxury or ultra-luxury environment.
- Strong legal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in contract management are preferred.
