Role Purpose
Coordinate all productions coming into NEOM ain line with production managers and line producer in all areas of productions support in line with the business strategy of the Media Sector.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
Planning, Budget and Strategy
- Support the production team in all elements of production
- Play a crucial role in supportin the production team in all aspects of production including planning, executing, delivering projects
- Offer full administrative support for shooting permits and logistics as and when required
- Create call sheets if required and distribute shooting schedules, crew and cast lists, scripts and script revisions including full location breakdowns
- Run the production office, organise equipment, supplies and the production team
- Assist with travel bookings – accommodation / visa / transport for incoming crew, cast and colleagues including routing BTOs as and when required
- Co-ordinate any production that comes to NEOM and coordinate on ground logistics and requirements.
- Track all production management support documentation to support the media sector.
- Ensure that third party supplies are able to invoice and coordinate any of their invoice processes through the relevant NEOM processing teams (procurement / finance)
- Liaise with all departments to ensure that incoming productions have a positive experience in NEOM
- Coordinate with the transport captain on requirements during production and organise couriers and shipping companies as required
- As the shoot draws to an end, help the production manager to ‘wrap’ the production, close accounts with suppliers, return surplus stock and close outstanding administration tasks
People Management
- Streamline production assistant duties on ground and in office
- Ensure that all crew have what they need to get their jobs done and help coordinate any missing peices as required
Background, Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Experience working across different production genres
- Track record of successful end-to-end delivery of Film and TV/Commercial projects and programmes
- Experience of working in the Middle East
- Speaking Arabic preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Flexibilty to adapt to changing production needs
