Role Purpose
The
Senior Talent Management Specialist plays a vital role in cultivating The LINE FM's Talent Management processes, procedures, and recruitment pathways, while emphasizing the values of care and being a catalyst for positive change. With a dedicated focus on fostering increasing Saudization across The LINE FM and the service provider workforce, the role seeks to leave a positive impact on the environment and the community.
Operating within the spirit of curiosity and passion, the Talent Management Specialist collaborates closely with the NEOM Talent Academy and The LINE FM team to ensure that the department's talent strategy is guided by a relentless pursuit of improvement and a commitment to accountability. Embracing the value of diversity, the role serves as a crucial link between NEOM's Scholarship Program students and the organization, aiming to foster inclusivity and create an environment where cultural differences are celebrated and respected.

Promote Sustainable Talent Management Practices
- Develop and refine talent management processes and procedures, ensuring their seamless implementation and alignment with organizational goals and NEOM's commitment to care for the environment and community.
Catalyze Learning and Development Initiatives
- Support the development of comprehensive training plans for the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, in line with NEOM's emphasis on being a catalyst for positive change.
Foster Inclusive Recruitment Strategies
- Spearhead recruitment initiatives, fostering a diverse talent pool and implementing effective strategies for attracting and retaining skilled professionals, including those from scholarship programs, in alignment with NEOM's value of diversity and respect for cultural differences.
Collaborate for Integrated Talent Development
- Collaborate with the Talent Academy and NEOM's concerned sectors to align talent development strategies with organizational objectives, promoting an integrated approach to talent management in line with NEOM's spirit of curiosity and passion for innovation.
Champion Mentorship and Guidance
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and scholarship program students, fostering their smooth integration into the workforce through mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities, in line with NEOM's passion for accountability and completing commitments.
Facilitate Holistic Organizational Performance
- Provide guidance and support to various departments, leveraging expertise in talent management to enhance overall organizational performance and employee satisfaction, reflecting NEOM's value of respect and acting with honesty and integrity.
Customize Development Programs
- Design and implement tailored development programs for scholarship program students, fostering their professional growth and development, aligning with NEOM's commitment to diversity and the idea that "We are better together".

Background, Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in talent management, professional development, and performance management within a reputable organization.
- Familiarity with current trends and best practices in talent management and development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
