Role Purpose
The Compliance & IMS Specialist at The LINE FM is multi-faceted and central to the organization's seamless functioning. This role serves as the vital link between the organization and its various functions, ensuring that quality assurance and compliance are accurately managed across all procedural and operational aspects.
As the Compliance & IMS Specialist, you will play a critical role in upholding the highest standards of quality and regulatory adherence. Your responsibilities encompass a range of key functions, including conducting internal compliance audits, fostering stakeholder assurance, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. By meticulously overseeing these areas, you will contribute significantly to the efficient and effective daily operations of The LINE FM.
Moreover, your impact extends beyond traditional compliance activities. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Quality to shape and advance the development of the organization's Integrated Management System (IMS). Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing future applications and systems, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of The LINE FM's operations.

Key Accountabilities & Activities
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Quality in the management of Quality processes that align with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits of processes, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of non-conformance for continual improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities and improve overall quality.
- Take ownership of internal communications across the department.
- Identify and Manage risks and opportunities on the Integrated Management Systems.
- Provide training and guidance to Line FM employees on quality and compliance, processes, and tools.
- Conduct investigations and root cause analysis to address any quality-related issues.
- Maintain documentation related to quality management systems, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Stay up to date with NEOM and industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating quality improvement initiatives and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Assist with the integration and implementation of THE LINE FM Integrated Management Systems
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System (IMS), making necessary adjustments to optimize its performance.
Background, Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Quality/ Integrated Management System Specialist or similar role, with a strong background in implementing and maintaining management systems.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001.
- Strong understanding of system principles.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address system gaps and non-conformities.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor or similar are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with risk management and data analysis tools will be an advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering, or environmental science.
