We are currently looking for a Project Finance Analyst to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary
METKA EGN, in our
London Office.
Your role will encompass:
Support Metka EGN Development Team with assessment, analysis and execution of utility scale solar PV, battery storage and wind projects in Europe and other regions, through the acquisition, development and financing phases
- prepare financial models
- prepare market analysis
- prepare investment papers
- assist with analysis and paperwork for acquisition and financing processes
Responsibility for specified analytical tasks as assigned, which will range from some to be concluded within one day, to some which span several months from a monitoring/updating perspective.
Manage own resource between competing priorities/deal teams.
Develop sound grasp of Metka EGN solar/storage development business, and internal processes for project development, assessment, approval and financing.
Maintain high reliability and accuracy in all project finance process activities.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree in finance, business, economics, engineering
Corporate finance principles
Investment analysis
Basic accounting/tax and business valuation, corporate law basic principles
MS Office, especially Excel and PPT
1-3 years of business/finance experience, preferably in an analytical role.
Renewables Experience Preferred Though Not Necessary.
CFA, ACA or other accounting/finance qualification beneficial
