Kickstart your career in growth consulting with digital edge!
Palladium Digital & White Space joined forces earlier this year to increase our joint footprint as a Growth Execution Consultancy bringing data & technology to the fore of the commercial consulting proposition.
By being part of Next15 we can offer the perfect combination of a smaller, fast growing business where you visibly make impact from day 1, while also providing the support and network of a larger listed group.
There is now an opportunity for a creative problem solver & digital enthusiast who wants to jumpstart their career with our unique graduate program and learn from our award-winning teams.
We work with multiple sectors including eCommerce and Retail, Financial Services, Transport and Logistics, Manufacturing, Leisure & Travel, Health, Technology and SaaS, FMCG and Education.
With offices in London, Oxford, New York and Dubai we have a global presence with ambitions to expand further.
The Opportunity
As a Graduate Analyst, you will have the chance to develop your research, communication and analytical skills whilst working on some of the most exciting business problems facing global organisations today. You will be immersed in all aspects of our business, from Transaction Advisory and Strategic Consulting to Execution and Implementation of new, cutting-edge technology and infrastructure solutions.
You will play a key role within multidisciplinary, collaborative project teams, helping to solve our clients’ problems through a combination of workshops, meetings, research, stakeholder engagement, and solution design.
Our company offers a high level of responsibility from day one of our graduate scheme, with opportunities to rotate across our different service areas. You will be provided with a combination of on-the-job learning opportunities, in-house and external training, and mentorship to support you as you build your consulting career.
The Role and Your Impact
Analysts are vital to our work. They provide the core of the research & analysis on projects, working collaboratively within a supportive team of experienced consultants. You’ll explore new topics using interviews, online research, and data analysis to seek out the previously unknown.
You’ll draw conclusions from this research about opportunities for growth and will share your insights and recommendations by writing and delivering engaging presentations directly to senior decision-makers.
You are empowered to join internal workstreams to find new solutions and improvements as well as driving our ESG agenda.
We love new ideas and promise to listen to yours!
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree or above in any subject but with a genuine passion and curiosity for growth consulting with a digital edge.
