To analyse current production capabilities in order to drive improved efficiency, reduced costs, greater safety and improved product quality and reproducibility through engineering process improvements and capital project scoping and execution.About You
- Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Member of institute of Chemical Engineers – Chartered or working to Chartership.
- Design, installation and commissioning of chemical, preferably ink, manufacturing plants.
- Experienced in Process Safety methodology and ways of working.
- Trained in risk assessments and installation hazard analysis techniques.
- Problem solving techniques.
- Data analysis skills
- Fluid and powder handling techniques
- Experience of working in a fast-paced production environment
- IT and numeracy skills
- Able to work on own and as part of a team.
- Able to lead investigations and identify root causes.
Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will need to complete background checks including a DBS check and 5 years’ employment/educational references - these will need to be completed before the successful candidate can start the role.What You Can Expect
