Full-Time: 36 hours per week

Salary: £35,000-£38,000

SRG are excited to be recruiting for a maintenance technician for a leading life sciences company. They are going through an exciting period of growth, offering excellent development opportunities.

You will be responsible for maintaining HPS plant and equipment to ensure it operates within qualified status, meets business needs and operates as design intent.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Maintain, supervise and improve HPS engineering systems.
• Ensure HPS plant and equipment availability meet business objectives.
• Secure and manage spares to levels to maximise plant/equipment availability, and to minimise maintenance costs.
• Undertake and supervise plant improvement projects.
• Have a high level of technical expertise within core trade, providing work stations with effective solutions to technical problems.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Experience or knowledge of working within a GMP/Cleanroom environment.
• Completed a recognised apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Competent with safe working procedures and methodologies.
• Can understand P&ID, engineering drawings and specifications.
