Senior Lawyer – Warwick, hybrid: £80,000-£90,000 plus car + bens

As an Energy and Regulation Lawyer within our exceptionally talented General Counsel team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice to the business, whilst ensuring commercial risk is appropriately managed. You will work closely with our commercial and regulatory teams, and will also have the opportunity to get involved in project work – including our world-leading activity in transitioning our network to the transmission of hydrogen for energy and carbon dioxide to storage.
Who We Seek
You are a fully qualified solicitor working in-house or in private practice with solid post-qualification experience and knowledge of regulated businesses. Capable of engaging well with a breadth of business teams and focusing on what matters, you have high commercial acumen with confidence to challenge where needed. You’re a strong communicator, with the ability to listen, negotiate and influence, and can manage and deliver against competing priorities.
What We Can Offer You
Salary £80,000 - £90,000 dependant on experience
Electric company car, or car allowance (£6,000)
Up to 20% annual performance bonus and annual salary benchmarking
Double-match contributory pension – for every £1 you put in, we add £2 (maximum company contribution of 12%)
