At SRG ELECTRICAL LTD we have a reputation to up hold of installing EV charge points for a varied client base, this complements the existing electrical installation work in which we carry out. Due to increased work loads and new contractual obligation we seek to expand our team. This is where YOU come in! We need enthusiastic, qualified electricians to become apart of our team, responsible for installing and maintaining our clients network of charge points. Our Engineers are the face of the company, and they are enthusiastically representing us and our clients. If you seek a new challenge in a growing, enthusiastic hard working atmosphere join our team. SRG require apprentice trained 18th edition qualified electricians to work in London, Surrey, Kent, Essex with the occasional stay away required installing electric vehicle charging points at domestic and commercial properties. A competitive package will be offered to the right candidate, which will include a company vehicle and training. Role Responsibilities: Follow work instructions, electrical designs, cable calculations and installation guides to carry out the proper installation of EV chargers from various charger manufacturers . To liaise with our Qualified Supervisor and provide updates relevant to the EV charge point installations for their projects. Adhere to site specific RAMS. Work to site specific Programmes of Work. Complete NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificates using the NICEIC online portal on a tablet device. Handle all necessary hand over documentation for each project, ensuring it is fed back into the QS/PM. Any other reasonable request in line with this role given by the EV Qualified Supervisor SOUTH. Essential Training or Qualifications: A recognised electrical apprenticeship with a minimum 2 years experience or; C&G L3 Electrotechnical Qualification C&G 2382 BS7671: 2018 amended 2022 (18th Edition) C&G 2391 (or equivalent) Inspection and Testing C&G 2919 EV Charging Qualification (or equivalent) Full Clean Driving Licence Test and Inspection 2391 or equivalent JIB registered is a must (Gold Card) Experience with DC chargers ranging from 50kW upwards of 400kW DC
