This full-time fixed term role is available from 1 May 2024 until 31 December 2024.

We need a team of talented individuals to support our teaching and research, and in training the next generation of top scientists. Working as part of a NERC-funded project investigating the ecological impacts of artificial nighttime lighting, the role holder will provide direct support to research activities in Exeter.

This role will provide support to programs of field measurement and modelling of lighting, including in acquiring, organising and curating image, tabular and geospatial data.

Technical Services at the University of Exeter is comprised of STEMM-facing research and teaching technical staff. Whilst all operating in a single service our staff work in a wide range of specialist areas such as, Engineering, Physics, Geology, Mining and Minerals, Renewable Energy, Life and Environmental Science, Sports and Health Science, Medical Sciences and Medical Imaging.
