Solar O&M Team Lead

Senior Solar O&M Engineer Kent, Sussex or Kent 3/2 onsite/home-based £50,000-60,000 + bonus + vehicle + many more great benefits MDE is supporting a leading UK renewables organisation to recruit an O&M lead for the utility-scale solar and BESS assets they manage. We are looking to speak with current senior O&M engineers or field engineers with relevant UK experience looking to progress into management. Responsibilities Oversee regional maintenance teams and electricians, as well as a small portfolio on your own. Oversee the maintenance tracker system to ensure that tasks are completed on time. Authorise and manage essential tooling requirements. Coordinate O&M technicians' schedules via Dispatcher. Facilitate communication between monitoring, project, and client teams for efficient maintenance scheduling Requirements A proven history of working on the maintenance of solar PV (BESS is desirable). Electrically qualified. Strong written, verbal, and computer skills. Clean driving licence.
