The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant in London, you'll be:

• and developing new business
• AVA Energy services to potential clients
• sourcing via job boards
• screening by phone, video, or in-person
• set targets and working to deadlines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

About you

• 3 years’ experience and success in recruitment
• Track billing record in and knowledge of the Energy sector
• Natural mentor and leader
• Communication and people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships and target driven
