We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a QHSE Advisor to join our heat transfer team in Aberdeen.


Roles and responsibilities


• Assist the QHSE Manager in delivering exceptional QHSE performance

• Ensure legal and other requirements are met through rigorous auditing

• Provide support and guidance to operations personnel on QHSE related matters

• Deliver training and mentoring on a range of QHSE topics

• Support operational QA/QC requirements as required

• Ensure accurate records are maintained

• Participate in QHSE meetings and investigations

• Identify improvement opportunities in existing processes

• Assist in developing a culture that encourages safe working practices and continual improvement


Experience


• Previous experience in a similar role, including QA/QC

• Suitably qualified in relevant subjects, such as NEBOSH, incident investigation, quality control, or relevant demonstrable experience

• Experience of working in an engineering and fabrication environment

• Extensive auditing experience and understanding of management system standards
