Job Profile

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Project Manager to support our project management team in the delivery of our projects, focusing on Delivery Programme Tracking, Purchase Order management, Stock Management, Health and Safety Reporting and other crucial operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a background in project management who is eager to grow their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Operational Delivery Tracking:

• Maintain and update Operational Delivery Trackers.
• Conduct trend analysis on various stages of project delivery to identify areas for improvement.
  
  

Project Close-Out Support

• Support Project Managers in closing out projects, including the collection of as-laid records, O&M manuals, and other documentation.
• Assist in back-office close-out of projects, including checking apps and payments before handover to Network Operations.
  
  

Budget And Resource Management

• Support in managing project budgets and resources, ensuring effective utilization and tracking.
  
  

Reporting

• Assist in creating and delivering project status reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and milestones.
  
  

Purchase Order Management

• Responsible for raising, tracking, and ensuring timely payments of purchase orders.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve any issues related to purchase orders.
  
  

Stock Management

• Manage the allocation and tracking of stock from suppliers to projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of stock to project sites, coordinating with logistics and site teams.
  
  

Energy Contracts And Meter Installation

• Assist in organizing energy contracts and coordinating meter installations for projects.
  
  

Action Tracking

• Monitor and track remedial actions raised during site audits or visits using IAuditor/Safety Culture.
• Ensure all actions are followed through and documented.
  
  

Health & Safety Reporting

• Assist in health and safety reporting and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
  
  

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is .
• Experience in project management, ideally in the EV, automotive, or related sectors.
• Familiarity with project management software and apps such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, ZapMap, and Electroverse.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Technologically savvy with an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
