Job Description:


As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer at our company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing and implementing Power BI solutions that deliver actionable insights into our charging network's utilisation, helping to drive strategic decisions and improve operational efficiencies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Dashboard and Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Your work will visualise complex datasets in an understandable and compelling manner, enabling stakeholders to grasp key trends, performance metrics, and operational insights.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to gather requirements and understand their data needs. You will play a crucial role in translating business objectives into robust analytics solutions that support decision-making processes.
  • Data Management: Take charge of the data cleansing, transformation, and modelling processes. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of data across the organization by implementing best practices in data management and governance.
  • Innovation and Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest developments and features in Power BI and other relevant technologies. Regularly explore new tools and approaches to enhance the quality and impact of data visualization and reporting.


Required Qualifications


  • Technical Expertise: You should have substantial experience with Microsoft Power BI, including advanced capabilities in data modelling, writing DAX queries, and creating comprehensive reports. Experience in setting up and managing
  • Data Visualisation: Strong understanding of data visualization theories and practices, with a proven ability to develop intuitive and impactful visualizations that can convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are critical. You should be adept at working collaboratively within cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for Data: A strong enthusiasm for data analysis and its potential to impact business positively is crucial. You should be driven by a desire to uncover insights that lead to actionable and impactful business outcomes.
