Infrastructure Finance VP

We have been retained by a bank hiring a Senior Associate/VP into their Infrastructure team. This is a front office client facing role, involving structuring, underwriting and execution of new transactions. Currently the AUM of this team is 4bn EUR and they do 1bn EUR of new business every year. This team focus on infrastructure financing in special situations. Asset coverage: Renewable energy, EV charging, hydrogen energy Digital Infrastructure, fibre networks, towers, data centres, next gen technology. 300-400 margin, high yield Infrastructure debt Looking at senior debt, hold- co, bridge loans, back up facilities and a lot of acquisition financing Sponsor led transactions and direct transactions with the corporates.
