Your Impact

• Innovate and Design: Take the lead in creating cost-effective and sustainable designs for solar and BESS projects, ensuring they meet our ambitious objectives.
• Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with the DGES team and a diverse range of stakeholders to bring our solar and BESS projects to life.
• Drive Excellence: From technical appraisals to tender preparation, oversee all aspects of the design process, ensuring excellence in every detail.
• Shape the Future: Play a key role in the development and management of design policies, procedures, and processes that support the broader project and business goals.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Engineering Mastery: A degree in Electrical Engineering and over 5 years of experience in renewable energies, including solar, BESS, and wind.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of roof/ground-mounted solar PV and BESS systems, backed by design software proficiency (PVCase, EasyPV, Open Solar, PVsyst, etc.).
• Project Leadership: Experience in large-scale Solar PV plant designs in the UK, whether on the developer, EPC contractor, or technical advisor side.
• Drive and Ambition: A self-starter with a full UK driving licence, ready to lead projects to successful completion.
