Job Description

Leading Electrolyser business, looking to bring on a Senior Bid Manager to work on high value tendors and bids. This is an exciting time for the business, and the role will play a key role for the companies future expansion of the sales team.

Responsibilities -Senior Bid Manager/ Contract Manager

  • Work on bid process for highly complex sales, working from negotiation phase through to signiture.
  • Hold key meetings for all stakeholders to manage the wider business strategy.
  • Manage bid schedules, budgets and processes.
  • Compile proposal focumentations, and review and check other team members documents.
  • Work with EPC partner organisations.
  • Lead customer negotiations.
  • Transfer all bid materials to the project execution team.
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce.

Experience Required- Senior Bid Mangager/ Contract Manager

  • Engineering backguond beneficial.
  • Experience working on high value EPC or manufacturing deals and teams.
  • Understand EPC delivery and contracting models, including Pre-FEED, FEED and Execution.
  • Knowledge of the hydrogen market, is not essentail but highly desirable.
  • Experience developing processes and document for bid and contract phases.
  • Great communication skills.
