A world leader in renewable and sustainability energy are currently in search of a seasoned Senior Data Analyst to join their growing Data team. As the Senior Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive data analysis, utilizing your expertise in Tableau to unearth actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions. A key aspect of this role involves fostering robust stakeholder relationships, collaborating closely with diverse teams to understand their unique data requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Experience with Databricks is highly valued, and candidates who have demonstrated proficiency in leading small teams will be given preference.

• Consultative Leadership: Lead initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, employing a consultative approach to distill complex requirements into robust data and analytics strategies.
• Data Mastery: Serve as a trusted data expert, adept at navigating available data and selecting the most relevant analytical techniques, from Tableau dashboards to segmentations and root cause analyses.
• Impact-Driven: Demonstrate a fervent commitment to making an impact, whether by unpacking the "why," delivering optimal customer intelligence data products, or providing powerful insights that empower data-driven decision-making.
• Insightful Storytelling: Master the art of storytelling and visualization, delivering insights and recommendations in a clear, relevant, and action-oriented manner to senior leadership.
• Technical Project Leadership: Take ownership of complex projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs while adhering to best practices from inception to completion.
• Talent Development: Actively mentor and coach junior data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, best practices, and peer review within the team.

Here's what we're looking for in you:

• Around 6 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of curiosity.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with advanced analytics techniques, including modeling and segmentation.
• Strong visualization skills, including proficiency with Tableau.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data pipeline architectures (e.g., Databricks) and platforms (e.g., AWS).
• Knowledge of Git-based source control methodologies, including branching and pull requests.
• Proven track record of translating complex technical findings into actionable business insights.
• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field, e.g., Statistics, Mathematics.

Bonus points for:

• Experience in the energy retail sector.
• Proficiency with Databricks.
