Job Description

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Collating timeline for Bids & Tenders to ensure team cohesion and delivery success.
  • Management of both team and business meetings including but not limited to meeting room bookings, invites, capturing and circulating agendas, minute and action taking.
  • Management of enquiries email inbox – reviewing and actioning enquiries appropriately, including setting up on the CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Coordination and completion of annual compliance questionnaires for clients.
  • Support in the management of memberships database – including the annual review and renewal process, to ensure a positive return on investment.
  • Researching/creating target lists, supporting the targeting activities of the departments and sectors.
  • Updating client information to inform Strategic Account Programme meetings.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

✔ Experience in using MS Office Suite including Excel & Word.

✔ Highly organised and self-motivated with ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines.

✔ Experience in using a CRM system- HubSpot ( desirable) .

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✔ Experience in managing tight deadlines.

✔ Prior experience of providing a high level of administrative support.
