- NEOM THE LINE programme will grow and evolve and become the largest capital project world-wide. The Programme aims to challenge the "status-quo" with the intention of delivering a meaningful change such that NEOM is referenced as world class and a world leader in numerous areas. NEOM THE LINE is a series of linked of modules with each module representing a complex multi-disciplinary element of the overall Programme with both standardised and unique neighbourhood scope aspects. The Marina is an integral and focal part of the Programme
- The Hidden Marina & the Marina modules - The Marina represents a "showcase" window of the NEOM THE LINE programme and encompasses three modules of THE LINE. The Hidden Marina is a major element of functional infrastructure providing a world class operational Commercial Marina combined with a major home port cruise ship destination. In addition, the perimeter marina precinct will comprise a high-end mixed use public realm (residential, hospitality, food and beverage, retail and entertainment facilities). Each Module spanning the Marina (Module 45,46 &47) is a complex multi-discipline element of the overall Programme with mixed use requirements as well as iconic Special Assets, such as Theatre, Hospital, Library and a Football Stadium
- The Senior Package Manager CST is a key postholder that has end to end responsibility for the work packages for the CST buildings ultimately comprising the award of contracts for the delivery of the CST buildings and therefore plays an important role in the Hidden Marina Team. This is a leadership package(s) role that enables a vision to be translated into an operational plan
- Packages of scope will be designated by the Marina Design Director, these could be both standard and bespoke packages. This role is specifically for the package management of the new cruise ship terminals which form a key element of the future HM operational offering with a high profile, high level of complexity and value in a fast-track environment. Interfacing and co-ordinating with numerous elements of the NEOM team to enable planned milestones to be achieved (including progress reporting), reducing the NEOM risk exposure by using risk management techniques on the designated HM Risk Register whilst enabling greater value to grow, improve and mature. Developing and leading continuous improvement action plans including sharing any return of experience with other parts of the NEOM organisation
- Become an active champion of legacy knowledge transfer by mentoring designated Saudi nationals

- ROLE OF DEPARTMENT
- Delivery of the Hidden Marina, main channel and associated precinct works - end to end responsibility for schedule, cost, and quality from design stage 3A to handover to meet current and future commitments and to maximise opportunities with the emphasis on safe, collaborative delivery, quality, logistics and handover
- Oversee the construction programme, identify deviances and act to ensure programme targets are met
- Oversee the quality of construction and act where necessary to ensure the required quality is delivered
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage the delivery of the Stage 3 design and subsequent stages for the base build and the fit out works in accordance with the agreed integrated schedule. The responsibilities may also include the integration of temporary facilities into the CST's to allow for a "soft opening" and subsequent full operational testing and opening
- Managing a site team, including trade contractors, suppliers and 3rd parties, including implementation of the health, safety, environmental and quality standards,
- Develop the design, construction methodology, programme and cost. Prepare for the design and delivery of the works, including resources, procurement, consents, and pre start documentation
- Manage, supervise, train and mentor the site team to enable them to optimise their work contribution
- Review contractual agreements and develop detailed site specific programmes and forecast budgets, assess actual programme and productivity achieved and review weekly, taking action where appropriate, and reporting any changes to the Construction Management Senior team
- Be fully conversant with trade contractor's contract conditions, assist to develop job specific trade contract conditions and manage the trade contractors account with the commercial team
- Requisitioning resources in a timely manner to ensure that they are correctly specified and readily available so as not to impede the construction programme
- Communicate to the Construction Manager, QA and commercial teams non-conformances and any instructions received from the client / designer / RE's staff. Ensure that comprehensive records of resources employed on additional works are maintained
- Keep a full and accurate daily site diary, including any changes / variations, subcontractors' attendance, and records of work related discussions with Client / Designer / RE / Project Team
- Ensure that inspection and test plans, risk assessments and method statements for the control of the works are being implemented and adhered to
- Be familiar with and demonstrate commitment to the requirements of the Health & Safety and Environmental Policies
- Implement the relevant requirements of the Safety Management System within their area of responsibility
- Ensure that the Construction Team, Trade Contractors and Suppliers receive or have access to copies of the relevant Health and Safety as well as Environmental Policy and are kept informed of relevant developments and issues
- Internal liaison with the Construction Manager, Design and Engineering Team, QA team and Cost Control
- External liaison with Neom, trade contractors / Suppliers and Stakeholders, close co-ordination with the Operations/scheduling team
