Green Energy Specialist This is an exciting time for change in Tai Tarian with our vision to provide sustainable homes, develop sustainable communities and drive change for a sustainable planet. A successful Green Energy Specialist will be integral in helping us to achieve this vision. This role is permanent with a starting salary of £42,043 a year, rising to £45,951 after key competencies of the role are met. As we expand to meet demand there are opportunities for career growth in many technical and management directions so there is room for you to forge your perfect job. Reporting to the Property Surveying Manager, this role will work with colleagues across the organisation, to lead on green technology to bring Affordable Warmth to our homes. Criteria for Role Educated to Level 4, HNC in Electrical, PC and ASHP, or equivalent experience.
Project Management Qualification, or equivalent experience. About the role Some of the duties of the
Green Energy Specialist include: Review and lead on approved renewable technology to develop a preferred product specification to move properties toward net zero through the introduction of green energy products.
To have detailed knowledge of legislation, industry best practice, trends and technical understanding of the issues associated with Electrical, PV and ASHP systems.
Provide expert advice to the most appropriate solutions to introduce electric charging to our homes or blocks of flats, developing the criteria for landlord permission in relation to this area.
