About you: Are you a qualified OCDEA passionate about energy efficiency and sustainability? We’re looking for someone who excels at assessing new residential properties, ensuring they meet Building Regulations, and delivering accurate SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) calculations. Your expertise will be key in driving the success of our projects, making a real impact on creating sustainable, energy-efficient homes for the future! Day-to-day, you will:
- Perform SAP calculations and issue Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for residential projects.
- Advise on energy efficiency, carbon emissions, and sustainability to meet regulations.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and construction teams for energy assessments.
- Deliver accurate reports and stay updated on legislation and best practices.
Your skills and experience might also include:
- Experienced in SAP assessments, EPC production, and UK Building Regulations.
- Proficient with software tools (e.g., Elmhurst, DesignBuilder) and knowledgeable in energy efficiency.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in teams.
- Familiar with renewable energy, sustainable construction, and TM59 overheating assessments.
