I am currently looking to speak with an experienced Proposal / Bid Manager who will work on development of small to medium-sized proposals, pre-qualification bidding for our client based in Surrey
They have recently been awarded multiple projects across hydrocarbon/energy transition so great time to join.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Pension + Healthcare + Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
Lead proposal planning and coordination, managing team activities and defining deliverables.
Ensure adherence to proposal procedures, guiding team members from kick-off to red team reviews.
Ensure proposals are fully responsive to invitation to tender (ITT) documents.
Develop, coordinate, and produce win themes and strategies that differentiate the company from competitors.
Write individual sections or entire smaller proposals.
Review bids prior to submission, ensuring high quality and compliance
Support business development and operations teams in all aspects of the bid process.
Maintain and organize data/information for proposal preparation.
Prepare expressions of interest, pre-qualifications, client presentations, and assist with other sales and marketing activities.
Manage and update knowledge stores, including company information, experience lists, and proposal-related documents.
Drive adherence to bid processes, conducting due diligence before submission.
Assist in developing client presentations.
Report proposal activities and status to Senior Management.
Minimum Requirements
Proficient in cross-team and inter-office communication within diverse disciplines. Demonstrated expertise roles spanning pre-FEED to EPC stages, with a preference for EPC experience.
Well-versed in relevant codes and standards and their design implications. Strong communication abilities to motivate and enable team members.
Subject matter expert in a specific piping sub-discipline.
Holds Bachelor or Master in Engineering / or Finance equivalent qualification
