The is a full time, hybrid role working from the office in Stirling and field-based some evenings and weekends. You must hold a full UK driving licence. Working as part of a dynamic team you would apply your technical background within a dynamic commercial environment. You'll be as comfortable working on field surveys away from home as you would be in the office. You would be keen to develop client-facing consultancy skills, learning how to assist with proposals and delivering projects. You'd be inquisitive, keen to understand the needs of our customers, and ready to play your part in providing solutions, whether innovative or out of the box.,
- Field surveys, including peat depth and condition surveys for upland developments
- Requirement for weekend working and overnight stays to meet fieldwork project needs
- Site work including water quality monitoring
- Assistance in report production including baseline data gathering and impact assessment
- Assistance with tender preparation and other work aspects as necessary
- To ensure maximum flexibility and to reflect the Company's evolving needs, you may be asked to perform additional tasks that may be reasonably expected within your level of capability without additional remuneration.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science or engineering subject, e.g. geoscience, environmental science, engineering, geography, hydrology

- Be willing to travel and work away from home
- Good navigation skills
- Enthusiasm for working out of doors
- A first aid qualification would be beneficial
- GIS experience would be beneficial
