Solar Farm Operative – Norfolk & East

What You’ll Do

Assist Field Service Engineers with routine and corrective maintenance of solar PV systems
Carry out warehouse stock management, deliveries, and collections
Support with mechanical installations, remedial works, and occasional ground maintenance
Produce detailed site activity reports using digital platforms
Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and data security at all times

What We’re Looking For

Full, clean UK driving licence
Familiarity with solar PV systems (desirable but not essential)
Practical experience in labouring, construction, mechanics, or similar
Strong IT skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and reporting software
A reliable, collaborative, and safety-conscious attitude

Hours & Flexibility

Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:30 (seasonal variations apply)
Participation in a weekend on-call rota (approx. 2 weekends in 4)
Occasional overnight stays and out-of-hours work may be required
Opportunities for overseas travel for training may arise
